Brenda has been an influential figure in Ontario's real estate for over 25 years, initially gaining in-depth knowledge in administrative roles for legal offices and brokerages. 

In 1987, she transitioned to Human Resources, overseeing up to 300 employees at an Oakville manufacturing facility. However, in 2001, Brenda returned to her real estate roots as a Sales Representative, swiftly earning acclaim for her highly personalized and effective client service.

Beyond her client-focused approach, Brenda immersed herself in the real estate landscape, serving as a Director for the Realtors Association of Hamilton and Burlington (RAHB) and contributing to the Professional Standards and Professional Development Committees. Her dedication led her to a pivotal role on the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) Discipline and Appeals Committee.

With an impressive 11-year tenure at Royal LePage, Brenda co-founded Keller Williams in Burlington in 2012, playing a key role in growing the franchise to encompass over 175 agents. Taking a bold step in 2018, she opened her own office in collaboration with Davenport Realty, fostering a unique environment centered on the core values of personal service and honesty that defined her successful career.
